Reese Witherspoon Assures Jim Toth Their Love’s Eternal Following Troubled Marriage Rumors

Reese Witherspoon has assured her husband Jim Toth that their marriage is eternal, and she also once again discredited the rumors claiming that they were headed for divorce.

On Saturday, the “Big Little Lies” actress did a sweet gesture by greeting her husband on his birthday with a special message she shared on Instagram.

“Happy Birthday to my sweet hubby!!! Here’s to another fantastic trip around the sun with you! Love you, JT,” Witherspoon, 43, captioned a snap of her smiling beside her better half, who just turned 49.

Many fans quickly extended positive messages to the couple. Some celebrities also commented on Witherspoon’s post, including Natalie Portman, Lenny Kravitz, Lena Waithe, and Ashley Benson, among others.

The “Legally Blonde” actress and the CAA talent agent exchanged wedding vows in 2011 and welcomed their son, Tennessee James, the year after. It should be noted that Reese also shares two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, a daughter named Ava, 19, and a son named Deacon, 15, as per ETOnline.

So far in their 8-year marriage, Witherspoon only has nice things to say about her husband. Last year, the Academy Award winner praised Toth for standing by her in spite of her busy career as a working mom.

“I get a lot of support from my husband, who cares deeply about equality and always tells me,'Why wouldn’t you call the person in charge of a company and have a personal relationship with them? He’s encouraged me to be outspoken,” she said of Toth in an interview with Marie Claire.

Witherspoon and Toth seem to be so happy in love that many were shocked when rumors swirled earlier this year that their marriage was on the rocks and that they were on the verge of filing for divorce due to many problems.

In response to the negative reports about their marriage, Reese and Jim put on a united front when they stepped out with Deacon in Los Angeles back in March. The couple looked very happy in the photos taken during their outing that many debunked the crumbling marriage rumors right away.
