Chrissy Teigen may be the queen of social media but that doesn't make her immune to its "insane" culture.

The 33-year-old stopped by the "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" aftershow on Thursday and was asked which of her viral iconic social media moments - and there's plenty - she wishes hadn't made headlines.

"Anything that involved any stans of any kind," the former Sports Illustrated model answered, as noted by ET Online. "That is the worst. Anyone that has a group of stans."

What's a stan? It's a portmanteau of the words stalker and fan and, as Urban Dictionary puts it, is a term used to describe "a crazed and or obsessed fan." The word can be used for anyone who is overly obsessed with something, although, it's usually associated with an obsession over a celebrity.

Teigen shared that her experiences with these groups of people are what caused her to censor herself when it comes to what she posts online. "It's weeks that you have to rogue" in order for stans to move on, she explained before adding, "the culture of it is insane."

And, to show you just how insane the culture can be, the mother of 3-year-old daughter Luna and 1-year-old son Miles got into specifics about what she can no longer voice her opinion on (at least on social media).

"I can't say that someone's lip-syncing... I can't make those snide comments anymore," Teigen said.

Not only can Teigen, who is married to singing sensation John Legend, no longer share some of her opinions on social media, but she said she's also not allowed to change an opinion she's already made known.

"And then you can't ever love something they do more recently because of something you said 10 years ago," she added. "They'll say, like, 'Yeah, but you did this! We don't trust you!' I'm like, 'Who are you?'"

This isn't the first time Teigen has spoken out about social media. The clap-back queen opened up to Net-A-Porter back in May about how she comes up with her witty, very relatable and often regrettable posts.

Through it all, the "Cravings" author is still thriving. On top of co-hosting Paramount Network's "Lip Sync Battle," Teigen will a judge on NBC's new show "Bring The Funny" as well as starring in and executive producing "Chrissy's Court", which is set to premiere in 2020.
