Rep Explains Ali Lohan's New Face [VIDEO]

A new picture of Ali Lohan has sent the Internet into a frenzy this week because her dramatic look has her looking like she underwent plastic surgery that went terribly wrong.

But a rep for Lindsay Lohan''s younger sister said Ali Lohan didn't have plastic surgery done.

Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it, her rep Steve Honig tells People.com.

Honig said the 17-year-old's new look is purely natural and that she just signed a new modeling contract.

Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that, Honig's statement noted. During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer.

Usually thin Ali Lohan now has a thinner frame and look as if she is simply hungry. Her cheeks look sunken and her face as if it's been pulled back and wouldn't wrinkle if she smiled.

Honig tells People.com that Ali Lohan's growth has also slightly changed the composure of her face, all of which is typical of what happens to kids in their mid to late teens.

It's what most people refer to as the awkward stage, Honig said. Ali is growing up; that's all.

Her modeling agency rep also denied that the teen had plastic surgery.

As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent, says Alexis Borges, agency director of Next Model Management L.A, to People.com. Aliana is a beautiful 17 year old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age.
