Marcus Baram

Marcus Baram, IBTimes Managing Editor, is a former senior editor at the Huffington Post, where he ran the front page and supervised a team of producers and reporters. Previously, he was a producer at ABC News, an associate news editor at the Wall Street Journal, news editor at the New York Observer and a reporter at the New York Daily News. His feature writing and investigative reporting has also been published in the New Yorker, the New York Times, New York magazine, Vibe magazine, the Village Voice and the New York Post. And his upcoming biography of the late Gil Scott-Heron for St. Martin's Press is due for publication in early 2014.
