It was only a matter of time before David (James Tupper) found his way to the doorstep of Emily (Emily VanCamp). But according to the synopsis for episode 7 of “Revenge,” fans shouldn’t hold their breath if they’re anticipating a heartfelt father/daughter reunion. Instead of embracing his long-lost daughter, David will actually be confronting the woman he thinks is the one responsible for tearing his family apart. And can you blame him? Victoria (Madeline Stowe) is one convincing villain.

When David first appeared to Victoria, the Grayson matriarch used the upper hand to turn her lover against a woman named Emily Thorne -- an alleged deviant who has been terrorizing her family over the years.

“What does she want?” David asked Victoria in episode 3.

“To destroy our family,” she replied, adding that Emily must be stopped so that they could be together. Following Victoria’s command, David paid the menacing neighbor a visit in the middle of the night -- with a knife in tow. But thankfully Nolan (Gabriel Mann) spooked him off with a shaky gun-shot, saving Emily from being killed at the hands of her father.

David will try another attempt at coming face-to-face with the woman Victoria allegedly fears so much when episode 7, "Ambush," airs Sunday, Nov. 9. “I thought it was time we met,” David said to his daughter (unbeknownst to him) in the promo video. Curious what will happen during Emily’s first interaction with her dad? We’re betting it won’t be anything like what Emily had imagined for her first one-on-one with her father since he was imprisoned.

And David won’t be the only one to bombard Emily in episode 7 of "Revenge." According to the summary, Daniel (Josh Bowman” will confront Emily regarding the secrets she kept. When episode 6 concluded, Charlotte (Christa B. Allen) had told her brother that there was something he needed to know about Emily Thorne. But what will Daniel do with this new information regarding the truth about who Emily Thorne really is? Maybe gag at the thought he married his sister’s half-sister, for starters. Margaux (Karine Vanasse) will also be doing some confronting herself as things heat up between her and Louise (Elena Satine).
