'RHONJ' Joe Giudice Update: Why Return To Italy Gives Teresa A 'Huge Paycheck'
Since October 2018, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice has been held in ICE custody. Following his release from prison, the reality star was ordered to wait at the facility until an official decision was reached regarding his pending deportation case. Reportedly, Joe asked a judge if he could stay at his New Jersey home until an official ruling came in. However, after that request was denied, he agreed to go back to Italy until everything surrounding the case was handled.
Now, his wife, Teresa, may be cashing in on the entire situation.
According to Radar Online, Teresa will be paid a substantial amount due to the fact that she said she would film her reunion with her husband. Per the publication, Teresa and her husband are set to have their first meeting outside of prison walls filmed for Bravo.
"Teresa is getting a huge paycheck to take the girls to Italy and film the reunion," an insider told Radar, adding, "She's going the first week in November with the girls and the 'RHONJ' cameras too."

As for how much the reality star is set to earn from this new agreement, the insider revealed that she is expected to receive "around six figures to film these extra scenes with Joe in Italy."
This return to Italy follows a lengthy legal process for the 47-year-old. After hearing that he could be "stuck in ICE custody indefinitely," the television personality pulled his appeal and opted to head back to Italy to wait out the verdict. Reportedly, part of his decision to return to the country was due to the fact that he is said to have faced "horrible conditions" while in custody.
Even though the "RHONJ" star may not be at his New Jersey home with his wife Teresa and their four daughters, he is said to be setting his sights on new and unexpected things now that he has finally been released. No word on when the episode in question will air, but Teresa's brother, Joe Gorga, did say that they were "filming right now about it [the deportation]."
Season 10 of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" premieres Nov. 6 at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
