Joe Giudice is currently fighting deportation from the United States, but it appears his wife Teresa is ready to move on whether or not he stays. She won't just settle for anyone, though, as a new report claims that any potential partner for "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has to be successful in his own right.

"Teresa has said that she wants to date a rich man now," an insider revealed to Radar Online. "She wants someone to take care of her."

The unidentified source added, "Teresa says she needs a guy with his own money and a lot of it. She is not going to support a guy."

In addition to having his own money, any suitor for the 47-year-old has to be willing to spend it on her and "give her the lifestyle she wants" which includes showering her with "jewelry, cars, trips, all of the things she hasn’t had in years because Joe has been locked up." The "RHONJ" star also is allegedly looking to slow down a bit when it comes to working.

"She doesn’t really want to work as hard as she is working, she wants to enjoy life with a man who can afford to do nice things with her," the source shared.

There's been suspicion for a while that the mother of four would leave her husband. Joe's own family were some of the individuals that believed Teresa would move on, claiming she'd "tasted her freedom."

As usual, only time will tell what will happen for the "RHONJ" couple, but all the moments leading up to that decision will likely be chronicled on the Bravo TV series.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" Season 10 premieres Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 9 PM ET on Bravo.
