‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice Warned Joe And Melissa Gorga About Criticizing Estranged Husband
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice may have split from her husband Joe Giudice, but it doesn’t mean she will allow anyone to bad mouth the father of her children.
After 20 years of marriage, Teresa announced her breakup with Joe in December 2019. The estranged spouses share four daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.
During a recent appearance on AllAboutTRH, Teresa opened up about how she felt about her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa, “speaking so poorly” about her estranged husband.“I don’t like it, and I told them no more,” Teresa said.
“I mean, listen, my brother is upset. And my brother has kept his mouth shut for a long time, but now I told both of them [Melissa and Joe] to quit it. I do not want them to say one more thing about Joe Giudice.”
Teresa revealed that she has no problem confronting Melissa and Joe if the continue to bash her ex. “Going into the next season — if they say boo about him — I am going to explode,” the reality star revealed.
“They know not to talk about him anymore. And my kids don’t want to hear it,” Teresa added.
In February, Joe Gorga told Us Weekly that his brother-in-law was “completely wrong” for the way he treated Teresa. “I think they should have been separated sooner. She should have moved on sooner,” he said.
“They’re done. That ship has sailed,” he added.
Teresa announced her plans to split with Joe after he was ordered to be deported to his native Italy. After the estranged couple pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud, Teresa served 11 months in federal prison, and Joe served 41 months.
While Teresa was released after her sentence, Joe was transferred into the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. After his appeal was denied, he was ordered to leave the country.
