Rick Ross Sought for Questioning in Murder at Miami Mansion

A 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of rapper Rick Ross's Miami Gardens mansion Wednesday morning. A witness told local news the shooter fled after shots were fired. Police were patrolling the area near the home when they spotted the body.

According to the Miami New Times, a witness told local news, I was there when there were shots. I don't know what car, but they got away down the street.

TMZ reports Ross was not at home at the time of the shooting. Investigators are not sure whether or not the man has any connection to Ross, but are seeking him for questioning in the matter.

The City of Miami Gardens police department has yet to respond to request for comment. This is a developing story and will be updated as information is gained.
