Ricky Martin Poses In A Bathtub; Teases New Music Video [Photo]
Ricky Martin shared a photo of himself posing in a bathtub as he teased his upcoming music video on his Instagram page Monday.
The 50-year-old posted a sun-kissed photo in which he can be seen looking away from the camera while sitting in a bathtub. The singer flaunted his right arm tattoo in the photo. "New song, new video, new moments. #soon," he captioned the post.
Martin also tagged his photographer Róndine Alcalá, makeup artist Garret Troy Gervais and grooming expert Joey Nieves in the post.
The comments section was filled with heart and fire emojis.
One of the users commented on Martin's pose and wrote, "That moment you realize you left your phone near the sink," while another user requested the singer to collaborate with Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias. "Pls bring song with Enrique," the user wrote.
Martin released two music videos last year – "Canción Bonita" on April 14 featuring Carlos Vives and "Qué Rico Fuera," which was dropped on June 11, featuring Paloma Mami.
Martin, who married Swedish painter Jwan Yosef in 2017, previously noted how his partner helped him with his music during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"My husband took the picture of my new album cover," he told ET in 2020. "My assistant, who is quarantining with us, he all of a sudden became a set decorator and he's an expert at lighting. We gotta reinvent ourselves, I guess!"
Martin shares four kids – Lucia, Renn and the twins Valentino and Matteo – with Yosef. The singer explained that his family has "no filters" when it comes to reviewing his work.
"They're picky and they love music. When I come home with something that they don't like, they have no filters," he added. "It's pure, it's honest, it's real and they come up with ideas and I take them away. It's good."
Martin also lent his voice to the comedy movie "El Cuartito," which was released on March 25 last year.
The singer is currently filming a documentary, titled "Broadway: The Next Generation," which is helmed by director Rick McKay. The documentary will also feature Jonathan Groff, Scarlett Johansson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Alec Baldwin.
