Rihanna, Drake To Marry? Chris Brown Does Not Believe His ‘Soulmate’ Will Be Off The Market, Report Says

Amid reports about Rihanna and Drake planning to marry and have children, the “Diamond” singer’s ex-boyfriend Chris Brown is not ready to buy the news that his “soulmate” would be off the market with the Canadian rapper, Hollywood Life reported Wednesday. Brown would be “deeply hurt” if she gets married, the report added.

“If Rihanna’s about to sit up here and marry the biggest player in rap, then Chris is about to marry his baby’s mother [Nia Guzman] and Karrueche‘s [Tran] going to be one of the bridesmaids,” a source told Hollywood Life.

“Yeah, right. Chris ain’t buying that for a minute. He doesn’t believe for a second that his soul mate would tie the knot with her long-term side piece. Chris loves Rihanna and he’d be deeply hurt and go out of his mind if she even considered being off the market in this way. Drake’s just a pinch hitter until Chris is mentally and emotionally ready to step up to the plate and whisk Rihanna off her feet,” the insider told the entertainment website.

Earlier in the day, Hollywood Life cited a Life&Style magazine report that said Rihanna and Drake discussed exchanging vows. The two also reportedly want to have children.

“Rihanna and Drake have talked about getting married and have even discussed eloping,” a source told the magazine. “Rihanna has always wanted to get married in [her native Barbados].”

“Rihanna is really close to her niece, and it’s made her realize she wants a baby soon…and Drake would love to be a dad,” the insider told the magazine.

The Life&Style magazine report further said that the rumored couple plans to spend time with Rihanna’s family toward the end of July. The 28-year-old singer wants to take the “Hotline Bling” singer to the Crop Over festival in Barbados. “[Rihanna] is overwhelmed with how happy she is with him,” the insider told the magazine.

Rihanna and Drake triggered dating rumors after they were spotted together on several occasions following the release of her “Work” song, which featured the 29-year-old rapper. The two first dated in 2009 and have been in an on-and-off relationship ever since. They performed together at the Brit Awards in London in February and after their performance, the rumored couple was reportedly seen getting intimate at a London nightclub.
