Rob Gronkowski and BiBi Jones Halloween Costumes, from Gronkowski's Brother
Hey, look, Rob Gronkowski was hanging out with BiBi Jones again this weekend.
Oh, wait. That's Glenn Gronkowski.
In perhaps the most cost-effective Halloween costume ever assembled, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski's brother, the aforementioned Glenn, took off his shirt and went as his brother for Halloween over the weekend. Then he made some girl wear his brother's jersey, and they recreated the whole Rob Gronkowski-BiBi Jones Twitter picture thing.
Rob Gronkowski, you may remember, generated a lot of reaction when he decided to head back to Arizona -- where he played in college -- and take some pictures with BiBi Jones, noted star of prestigious American films like Fighters, Cutie Pies 2 and Assassins.
Jones wore Gronkowski's Patriots jersey, took pictures and posted them on Twitter, winking and telling her followers to follow my favorite football player @RobGronkowski.
She posted two pictures. In both, Jones wears the jersey. In one, Rob Gronkowski does not wear a shirt.
Then, because she was all of a sudden really important in Boston, she went on the Toucher and Rich Show -- at 5 a.m. -- to talk about hanging out with Gronkowski and other athletes, like the Atlanta Braves' Dan Uggla and the Phoenix Coyotes' Paul Bissonnette.
The story doesn't have a very happy ending. Nothing happened between Jones and Gronkowski on that fateful night, and you would know she's telling the truth because she added, I wish something happened.
Later in the week, Gronkowski apologized to Patriots' owner Robert Kraft, saying he was sorry if he in any way affected the organization's reputation.
Anyway, it didn't really affect his game in any way. He came into the Patriots' eventual 25-17 loss leading all NFL tight ends in receptions, and he caught seven passes for 94 yards against the Steelers.
Kudos to Glenn Gronkowski for the on-budget costume. We expect the fake adult film actress to appear on Boston radio and an apology from Glenn shortly.
