Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski told reporters Wednesday that his plan during the Patriots' bye week was to take it easy — not, you know, hang out with adult film star Bibi Jones.

Go do something, enjoy yourself - go and relax, he said of his bye-week plans. Have a good time and see some family, some friends. You'll think about football a little bit, but the majority of the time it's just relaxing.

Thanks to Twitter, we learn that Gronkowski took some time this weekend to see a friend of note - Jones, who tweeted multiple pictures of the pair.

According to Deadspin, Gronkowski visited Arizona, where he played in college. For her part, Jones tweeted for her followers to follow my favorite football player @RobGronkowski, and added a wink-face for good measure.

Earlier this year, Gronkowski exchanged a few tweets with American model Kate Upton, most noteworthy for her feature in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, for which she apparently won some kind of Rookie of the Year award.

Gronkowski leads all NFL tight ends in touchdown catches with five this season already, and his year just keeps getting better, apparently. He has 29 receptions from Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for 401 yards.
