Rob Kardashian Handcuffed, Nearly Arrested By Miami Police [VIDEO]

Rob Kardashian was handcuffed by police and nearly arrested while in Miami on Sunday morning after a joke with paparazzi went wrong caught on video.

According to a report from TMZ, Kardashian was with friends in Miami when he saw he and the group were being photographed by a paparazzi nearby. Kardashian thought it would be funny to run towards the photographer to scare him, but instead the photog ran away frightened.

Kardashian then wanted to apologize and let the paparazzo in on the joke when police became involved in the exchange. Rob was then handcuffed and put in the back of the police car before being released later, according to Miami Beach Police Department.

The photographer, whose name has not been released, reportedly told police that He [Kardashian] tried to kill me.

TMZ later determined the joke was part of a cover-up for Kardashian, was engaging in a very heated argument with a super attractive female being caught on video by the paparazzi.

He's attacking me ... he chased me ... he tried to kill me, the photographer says in the video.

Kardashian responds to cops who followed the pair into a bong shop, saying, I'm shopping.

Don't resist, police respond.

TMZ reported that the police report said that Rob Kardashian did not like the paparazzi filming him, prompting the altercation for which he was later released.
