Robert Pattinson Dating Katy Perry? Duo Spotted Flirting At ‘The Rover’ Premiere Party: Report

Katy Perry has previously denied having a romantic relationship with Robert Pattinson, but it appears the former “Twilight” star may have a thing for the “Black Horse” singer.

According to a report from the New York Post's Page Six, Pattinson, 28, was overheard discussing his affinity for Perry’s physique at "The Rover" after-party in Hollywood last Thursday. According to the tabloid, a “spy” at Whiskey Blue in Los Angeles saw Perry, 29, secretly enter the party through the W Hotel's kitchen just before midnight, only to have Pattinson later join her.

“They were heavily flirting,” an eyewitness revealed. “At one point, Robert sauntered to the bar with a pal and was heard saying, ‘She’s so [bleeping] hot,’ nodding in Katy’s direction,” added the source.

While the latest reports may spark more dating rumors about the A-list pair, representatives for both reportedly remained mum when asked to comment on the incident. “Reps for both didn’t get back to us,” reported Page Six.

Pattinson was last romantically attached to Perry after reports surfaced that the duo shared a smooch at the H&M Loves Music Party at the 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, in April. “He planted it on her,” an insider told Life & Style magazine. “At one point, they held hands. He was like a puppy dog around her.”

Despite the alleged hookup, eyewitnesses to the rumored kiss reportedly overheard Perry telling him their romance was not possible. “After Robert made his bold move, the partygoer recalls Katy telling him, ‘You know this won’t work.’ And he agreed. It was awkward,” reads the original report.

Pattinson was first linked to Perry last May immediately following the end of his three-year romance with his “Twilight” co-star, Kristen Stewart. Contrary to reports which slammed Perry for allegedly “playing a role” in their split, Perry since confirmed she is nothing but pals with the British actor.

“Okay, so here’s the proof there was never anything going on with me and Robert Pattinson. I fart in front of him. Properly fart. And I never, ever fart in front of a man I am dating. That’s a rule,” Perry told Elle U.K. in August, going on to describe their bond as sibling-like. “He’s my bud,” said Perry. “I’m like his big sister.”

Perry was previously married to Pattinson's fellow Briton, Russell Brand.
