Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Spotted in New York City

While everyone thought Robert Pattinson and his on-screen girlfriend Kristen Stewart were living it up in Los Angeles, the couple was suddenly spotted having a romantic getaway in New York City over the weekend, according to Hollywood Life.

Hundreds of Twilight fans based in New York flocked to Twitter and Facebook claiming that they spotted the Hollywood couple in different locations of the Big Apple.

After spending Christmas apart, Pattinson and Stewart reunited in Hollywood in the New Year. In December, the couple was rumored to be heading toward a spilt, but in reality the couple seem happier than ever.

Just last week they were spotted in Soho House, according to Hollywood Life, where they were seen laughing and chatting. A source told Celebuzz that they looked happy and intimate, laughing and chatting throughout the night.

The couple also spent New Year's Eve together, celebrating with close friends at an intimate house party in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly revealed Stewart spoiled Pattinson for Christmas buying him two vintage guitars worth $12,000 for Christmas.

The rumors of a potential spilt came after OK! Magazine splashed a headline saying Pattinson had begged Stewart not to leave him.

The statement came after the Twilight star was spotted leaving a Hollywood bar with Disturbia actress Sarah Roemer, which immediately sparked rumors of a possible breakup between Pattinson and his co-star, who at the time was in London for the filming of Snow White and the Huntsman.

The photos, however, did not reveal as much as the hype made out. Ok! Claimed the two were squeezed into a back seat and stroking hands, but a close look at the photos shows their hands weren't even touching.
