Robin Thicke, April Love Geary Are Expecting Two Years After Singer’s Divorce
Robin Thicke will soon become a father again, but this time with his girlfriend April Love Geary.
On Thursday, the 22-year-old supermodel posted a photo of herself wearing a bikini and showing off her growing baby bump. In her caption, Geary confirmed that they are set to welcome their firstborn in March.
A few hours earlier, Geary also shared a photo of her sonogram, which revealed that they are going to have a baby girl.
According to People, Thicke and Geary started dating months after his separation from his ex-wife, Paula Patton, in February 2014. Eight months later, the “Somewhere Between” actress filed for divorce from the “Blurred Lines” singer. In March 2015, their divorce was finalized, but before this, Thicke and Patton were caught in the middle of a lengthy custody battle.
Earlier this year, TMZ obtained a copy of their son Julian Fuego’s nanny’s 911 call urging someone to go to Malibu Park and enforce the restraining order on the singer. According to the nanny, Thicke was being too close to her and his son, and Julian didn’t want to stay with his dad.
“This child is literally begging me and everyone else to call 911. That’s how much he does not want to go. He’s 6 years old, and literally every time he has these visits, the night before, the day before, he’s crying, he’s praying to angels, he’s trying to avoid it like the plague. It needs to end,” the nanny said.
According to People, the custody battle between Thicke and Patton appears to have already been settled.
Meanwhile, Geary has been posting photos of her dates with Thicke on social media. A few months ago, the supermodel even joked about her 18-year age gap with her boyfriend. Geary uploaded a collage of photos of herself with Thicke. In the first snap, the two are simply smiling at the camera. In the second photo, Geary kisses Thicke on his right cheek. The model also joked about everyone feeling bothered by their age gap while they’re just living their lives in her caption.
