Robin Thicke Performs 'Blurred Lines' On 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' Using Classroom Instruments With The Roots [VIDEO]
Robin Thicke, acclaimed musical artist appeared on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday night to perform his hit song “Blurred Lines.”
In keeping with the tradition set by the show, his performance featured a twist. Thicke along with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots performed his hit single using a banjo, xylophone, maracas, cowbell, kazoo and other instruments found in a classroom.
Robin Thicke’s hit “Blurred Lines” is currently the number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The single broke the record for the biggest radio audience ever according to an Interscope Records press release on July 28. The single reached over 242.65 million listeners according to the press release.
The first classroom instruments performance done on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” featured Carly Rae Jespen, performing her hit song “Call Me Maybe.”
Other classroom instrument performances on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” also include Christina Aguilera singing “Your Body” and Mariah Carey singing “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”
