The wait is almost over for Ronda Rousey’s return. Following a 412-day hiatus, the top female star in MMA history is ready to fight again.

Friday’s long night of fights in Las Vegas concludes with the UFC 207 main event between Rousey and bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes. Nunes hasn’t defended the title since winning it from Miesha Tate at UFC 200, and she’s an underdog against the longest-reigning champion in the 135-pound division’s history.

The main card for UFC 207 begins on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. EST, but it will be some time before Rousey and Nunes make their way to the octagon. The main event is preceded by four bouts, including a five-round title fight. The bell for Rousey vs. Nunes likely won’t ring until it technically becomes early Saturday morning.

When Rousey closed out UFC 193 against Holly Holm for her last fight, the bout didn’t begin until around 12:45 a.m. EST. The main event of UFC 206, which was the most recent UFC PPV, started at approximately 12:30 a.m. EST. Even when Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz headlined UFC 202 in August, which saw the night’s previous four fights all end via early stoppage, the main event still didn’t begin until around midnight.

Rousey hasn’t spoken to the media in the weeks leading up to UFC 207, but she has been active on social media. Following Thursday’s weigh-in, the former champ expressed her confidence for Friday’s main event.

“Thank you everyone who came out to support at the weigh-ins today,” Rousey said in an Instagram post. “Looking forward to proving you all right tomorrow. It’s going to be the happiest New Year ever.”

The UFC 207 undercard begins at 7:30 p.m. EST with a fight available with a subscription to UFC Fight. Four other fights are set to air on FOX Sports 1, starting at 8 p.m. EST.

It costs $69.99 to order UFC 207 on PPV.
