American Honda Motor Co., Inc is sponsoring one of the floats in the 2010 Rose Parade in Pasadena, California on New Year's Day with the theme Ship of Dreams.

The float is a three-masted sailing ship featuring seven of Honda's philanthropic partners. The rose covered-float's ship will be 45 feet tall and 75 feed long. Representatives from each organization will ride on the float.

Part of Honda's sponsorship of the Tournament of Roses, which organizes the event, is to have the automaker's 2010 Acura ZDX lead the parade as pace car.

The nationally televised parade, in its 120th year, will begin at 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
