Roseanne Barr's ex-husband is demanding the comedienne pays the $75,000 for his attorneys' fees and another $100,000 for the inconvenience of a lengthy child custody battle.
Back in August, Ben Thomas and Barr reached a settlement over their teenage son Buck. However, Thomas now says that Barr wanted to strip him of custody because she was motivated by revenge.
TMZ.com received legal documents in which Thomas claims that Barr is worth $42 million. Thomas also reportedly noted in the documents that the cash amount he is demanding of Barr is less than one percent of her fortune.
Thomas has claimed that he makes $7,305 monthly while Barr makes $211,667 per month, according to TMZ.
