- Royal fans and charity organizations also wished Middleton a happy birthday on social media
Kate Middleton turned another year older and wiser Monday.
The British royal family's official Twitter and Instagram pages posted a sweet tribute to the Princess of Wales to mark her 41st birthday.
King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla chose a photo of Middleton sporting a red coat and smiling as she accepts a bouquet of flowers from a toddler wearing a traditional Welsh costume.
The snap was taken during Middleton's first visit to Wales with her husband Prince William after they were named the Prince and Princess of Wales in September 2022, according to People.
"Wishing The Princess of Wales a very Happy Birthday today!" the caption read, along with a birthday cake emoji.
Middleton also received birthday greetings from royal fans, military groups and charities of which she serves as a patron.
"William brought home a valuable addition to the royal family. Happy birthday to HRH Catherine, the Princess of Wales," a royal fan tweeted alongside one of Middleton and Prince William's engagement photos.
"Happy birthday to Kate, the Princess of Wales. We hope your day is a joyous one," tennis legend Billie Jean King tweeted.
The National Portrait Gallery also took the time to make Middleton's birthday extra special. The organization shared one of the portraits that was released in honor of the princess' 40th birthday last year and wrote, "Happy birthday to our patron, HRH The Princess of Wales."
Place2Be, another one of Middleton's royal patronages, tweeted: "Wishing a happy birthday to our royal patron, HRH The Princess of Wales. Thank you for your support over the past 10 years, and for your ongoing commitment to improving children and young people's mental health and well-being."
"We at the Irish Guards wish HRH Catherine, The Princess of Wales and Colonel of the Regiment, a very happy birthday," the Irish Guards tweeted with their motto "Quis Separabit," which is Latin for "Who shall separate us?"
King Charles named Middleton the honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards in December 2022.
Middleton's birthday came as her brother-in-law Prince Harry continues to conduct several tell-alls to promote his bombshell book, "Spare," out Tuesday.
In his memoir, Prince Harry made some unflattering claims about the Princess of Wales, including an "awkward moment" between her and his wife, Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry claimed that Middleton was unhappy and "grimaced" when the Duchess of Sussex once borrowed her lip gloss. He also seemingly blamed Prince William and Middleton for allegedly encouraging him to dress up as a Nazi for a 2005 costume party.
Buckingham Palace said it would not comment on any allegations in the book.
