Ruby Rose Shower Scene Is A Hit With 'Orange Is The New Black' Fans

Australian actress Ruby Rose is the breakout star of the current season of “Orange is the New Black.” Rose made her debut as inmate Stella Carlin and sent the Twitterverse into a tizzy. One of the favorite scenes with Rose on the hit Netflix series is when she appears topless in the bathroom.

Those who haven’t finished, or even started, the new season, will have to wait until episode 9, “Heroin Robin Hood,” to see Rose without clothes. She doesn’t appear until episode 6, “Cut Out His Gall Bladder.” Stella and Piper (Taylor Schilling) meet in the Whispers factory. Stella overhears Piper talking about her insecurities and somehow comes across as charming even though she’s making fun of the Litchfield inmate.

Stella said: “You should hear yourself. It’s like, ‘Help, I’m a skinny hot girl but I need a little something extra to make me feel sexy,’” Piper responded: “If you knew me, you would definitely know I am not the hot girl.” Stella continued: “Help! The burden of my genetic perfection, it’s so heavy and so unfair!”

Rose, 29, is clearly enjoying being a part of the “OITNB” team. She regularly tweets about the series and shares Instagram pictures of the cast.

Rose appeared at the 2015 Women in Film's Max Mara Face of the Future event at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles Monday night, the Daily Mail wrote. She attended the event with Yael Stone, a fellow Australian, who plays Lorna Morello.

Aside from acting, Rose has also spent time as a model and a DJ. In 2014, she made and starred in a video called "Break Free," which she described as "a short film about gender roles, trans, and what it is like to have an identity that deviates from the status quo.”
