Russell Simmons, Shaun Ross, Rae Sremmurd And More Hit Up The Up&Down Pop Up At Nautilus Cabana Club Beach Tent During Art Basel Miami Beach 2016
During Art Basel Miami Beach, some of the hottest events of the week took place at the Up&Down pop up at Nautilus Cabana Club beach tent presented by Absolut Elyx & Perrier-Jouët.
To kick off the stylish art festival, more than 200 guests hit up the pop up Nov. 29 and enjoyed music by No Vacancy Win and Wade Crescent oceanside. The night was hosted by Marlborough Gallery, Ronnie Madra, Sebastian Puga, Max Levai and Piotr Krzymowski. Guests sipped on signature cocktails from Absolut Elyx and Perrier-Jouët champagne.
The following night the venue hosted the Sante D’Orazio Polaroids book launch. Hosted by Jeffrey Jah, Jason Pomeranc and Butter Group’s own Ronnie Madra, the tent was filled with a mix of both the fashion and art worlds. Photographer Ben Watts and artists Mr. Brainwash and Bradley Theodore mingled with the fashion set which included Mazdack Rassi, Shaun Ross, Elle Dee, Scott Lipps, The Misshapes and designer Alessandra Meskita. Models including Aline Weber and it-girl Alexandra Richards were also spotted enjoying the beachfront affair. The party continued into the early morning, with models Anastasia Eremenko, Johannes Huebl, and Morgon O’Connor letting their hair down and dancing in the sand as guests sipped on Absolut Elyx and Berated Beleu. Other attendees included Lady Victoria Hervey, Gaia Matisse and Lorenzo Martone.
On Dec. 1, Socialista hosted an exclusive party presented by Absolut Elyx, 1800 Tequila and Perrier-Jouët. The party was yet again packed with the most elite Art Basel attendees who danced all night to throwback jams spun by DJ David Katz. Butter Group partners Richie Akiva and Ronnie Madra mingled at their table with Russell Simmons and Scott Lipps. Models Joy Corrigan, Aline Weber, Shaun Ross and Anastasia Eremenko, in attendance as well as New York cool kids Caroline Vreeland, Ian Isiah, Gia Matisse, and Brandon Davis.
To cap off the week, the pop-up hosted the Billboard Magazine x 1800 Tequila After Party. The bash included a high energy performance by Rae Sremmurd who made the crowd go wild as they performed their hit "Black Beatles." Nelly Furtado and Venus Williams, as well as models Joy Corrigan,Paige Watkins and Sarah Snyder, all were seen enjoying the show. Nu Muses founders David Bellemere and Steven Shaw were also celebrating at the after party and partied at their beachside table until the early hours of the morning. Butter group partner Ronnie Madra was in attendance along with friends Scott Lipps, Jason Pomeranc, and James Goldstein as guests sipped on Absolut Elyx and Perrier Jouet.
