Ryan Gosling Nose Job? 'Hey Girl' Meme Star Reportedly Had Plastic Surgery

Say it ain’t so! A new Internet rumor started by a beauty blogger claims that “Hey girl” meme sensation Ryan Gosling has had plastic surgery to perfect his nose. The Hollywood hunk made ladies around the world swoon after his appearance in 2004’s “The Notebook,” due to his charming demeanor and chiseled looks, but apparently they’re not au naturel.

Beauty Editor writer Michelle Villett accused Gosling of turning to plastic surgery straighten, thin and refine his nose on her website. The claim will most likely upset tons of Gosling lovers, but Villett proposes the accusation as more of a question than a definite fact on her site. She simply compares pictures from his Mickey Mouse club days in the late 90s those that were shot more than a decade later.

“The bridge looks straighter, so it’s possible that he may have already had the ‘work’ done by this point. Or had repeat nose jobs,” she wrote. By using a present-day photo of the “Drive” star she added, “'I say it’s straighter, the tip has been removed and the nostrils have been refined - but we’re talking tiny, tiny. To me, his nose clearly looks quite different compared to the early days.”

But Villett isn’t alone in thinking Gosling, 33, might have gone under the knife. The blogger pointed out that Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides wrote on his website that the Canadian actor appeared to have had the “hook” removed from his nose.

“Ryan Gosling has made a bold decision to get rid of his hooked nose,” the doctor wrote, but then added it turned out for the best for the star. “…It looks like things couldn’t be better for Gosling, and rhinoplasty is going to open up the new career horizons for him. Now after the nose job, with his nose tip elevated and hump removed the actor has turned into a classical Hollywood hot guy!”

Adding to Gosling’s fame is the “Hey girl” meme, which his adoring fans created. Usually, the actor is pictured with a feminist saying, with many of them that are meant to inspire laughter.

Do you think he actually had a nose job? Or has his celebrity just prompted others to over-scrutinize his looks. After all, one’s face does tend to change in a matter of a decade? Gosling has yet to respond to the plastic surgery accusation, and it’s unlikely he will address it in the future, as he has not been a celebrity to dwell in Internet rumors in the past.
