Ryan may win bail: Diagnosed of Aspergers syndrome
Ryan Cleary, the 19 year old student from Wickford, Essex who was arrested in connection with the hacking group Lulzsec is diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome.
He was charged of hacking the website of UK Serious Organized Crime Agency and arrested after a joint investigation by the Scotland Yard and the US Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The Counsel told City of Westminster Magistrates' Court that Ryan is suffering from the disease.
Though he was granted bail, but was again made to stay in custody after prosecutors objected.
Ryan Cleary is of high intelligence but has difficulty in interacting with people.
Ryan has also been accused of attacking the website of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry in November 2010 and the British Phonographic Industry's website in October, 2010.
If he wins the bail plea, he will be banned from having any possession with which he can access the internet in future.
Lulzsec has come to a stop after 50 days of their hacking activity as the law enforcement agencies continue to search for the identity of its members.
