Samsung Galaxy S11 And Galaxy Fold 2 Launching In Feb. 2020

Samsung Galaxy S11 and Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 reportedly will be unveiled on Feb. 18, 2020. The presentation of the latest devices from the Seoul-based tech and electronics giant will allegedly take place in San Francisco. The most recent information comes from an industry insider and tipster Ice Universe.

On the social networking site Twitter, serial tipster Ice Universe reveals that Samsung plans to unveil its next-generation foldable smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, at a conference especially scheduled for its new generation of flagship smartphones. The Seoul-based tech giant has already decided for a joint unveiling, the report claims.

Ice Universe has been unselfishly sharing information about the tech and smartphone industry over the years. He has a solid reputation and an impressive history of leaks. But, since this is a leak, we encourage you to take the information with a pinch of salt while waiting for the official announcement from Samsung.

But, it is worth noting that the leaked schedule is consistent with the pattern of schedule that Samsung follows. For this year, the Seoul-based tech giant launched the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus, as well as the Samsung Galaxy Fold in Feb. 2020 on the sidelines of this year’s Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona. Last year, Seoul tech and electronics juggernaut unveiled the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus on Feb. 25, which is just a few days ahead of the MWC.

This is not the first time, however, that we hear rumors about this. Earlier this month, the South Korean media Korea Herald shared that the Samsung Galaxy S11 would be launched at the same time as the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2. The media, meanwhile, claim that the presentation would be on Feb.11. Interestingly, SamMobile, a few weeks ago, said that the unveiling of both devices might take place on Feb. 18.

In addition to the Samsung unveiling event, the serial tipster also mentioned in a separate tweet that the Seoul-based tech titan is committed to using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor on the Samsung Galaxy S11 series for the Korean market. Samsung plans to launch a third galaxy Fold in the market by Aug. 2020, claims the Korea Herald.
