Samsung Galaxy S4 Features: So Many Colors, Which Should You Choose?
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is the fastest selling Galaxy smartphone to date with 10 million handsets sold worldwide in just one month.
But, while many of those owners may be happy with their devices, some may wish they would have held out for the many color options that will soon become available.
Samsung devices are known for initially releasing in either black or white color options, establish popularity and then release a version with a variety of options to choose from. The Galaxy S4 is no different. Soon there will be at least nine different color options for the fourth-generation Galaxy S series device.
Let’s review all of the colors in which the Samsung Galaxy S4 are, and soon will be, available.
White Frost and Black Mist
The Samsung Galaxy S4 first released internationally in late April in standard white and black colors.
Brown Autumn
A recently released promo for the Samsung Galaxy S4 teased the device in brown. There is currently no information on when and on which carriers the brown Galaxy S4 will be available.
Blue Arctic
The blue Samsung Galaxy S4 is currently available in Japan with the NTT Docomo carrier.
Red Aurora
AT&T will exclusively carry the red Galaxy S4 starting June 14. The device will come with 16GB of internal storage and will sell for $199.99 with a two-year contract.
Purple Mirage
While the purple Galaxy S4 was announced on the official Samsung Tomorrow blog, along with red, blue and brown variants, the company did not feature a photo of the device in purple. There have also been no leaks of the device in purple. Above, we have an image of the Samsung Galaxy S3 in Amethyst purple to give some idea of what a purple Galaxy S4 could look like.
Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum
UK Company Gold Genie customizes the Samsung Galaxy S4 in finishes including 24ct. Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum for a cool €2,000 or $2,586.
