Samsung Galaxy S4 Release: How To Get 50% Off Accessories By Registering Your Handset
The Samsung Galaxy S4 costs a pretty penny at $630 unlocked for most carriers and retailers, and its accessories can be equally as pricey. However, owners can now get a deal for up to 50 percent off various accessories when they register their Galaxy S4 handsets at Samsung's website.
Samsung Galaxy S4 owners can register their devices by accessing or creating a MySamsung account, where the "register a product" option is available. To select your handset, the model number SGH-M919ZKATMB coincides with the black mist Galaxy S4, and the model number SGH-M919ZWATMB coincides with the white mist Galaxy S4.
The device’s IMEI number is required for registration, which can be found by going into Settings > About Device > Status, or looking on the box it came in. Once registered, owners should receive an email with the 50 percent off coupon.
Keep in mind that the coupon is only valid for products that cost $50 or less. While that takes many accessories out of eligibility, users can get a significant on many other accessories, including Samsung’s recently released spare battery and charging station, which costs $49.99. Samsung also recently released its wireless charging pad and cover, which costs $49.99 and $39.99, respectively. Check out Samsung’s online store to see which other accessories can be bought with the coupon.
