If the betting odds in Week 6 of the 2019 NFL season are any indication, the San Francisco 49ers’ undefeated start is no fluke. Ahead of their pivotal meeting with the Los Angeles Rams Sunday afternoon, the first-place 49ers are favored to finish the year atop the NFC West.

DraftKings Sportsbook gives San Francisco +125 odds to win the division. That puts the 49ers slightly ahead of the Rams, who have +150 odds. Los Angeles has won the NFC West in consecutive seasons, and they entered Week 1 as the odds-on favorites in the division.

The Seattle Seahawks are sandwiched in between the 49ers and Rams in the NFC West with a 4-1 record. Despite beating Los Angeles in Seattle a week ago, the Seahawks are +240 underdogs to win the division.

The Arizona Cardinals are a complete afterthought amid their 1-3-1 start. Kyler Murray and Co. have +12500 NFC West odds.

San Francisco can take a commanding three-game lead in the loss column over Los Angeles with an upset in Week 6. At 4-0, the 49ers are three-point road underdogs against the 3-2 Rams in their first division game of the season, according to OddsShark.

An elite defense has carried the 49ers to a perfect record. Coming off a dominant 31-3 victory over the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco hasn’t beaten a team that sits above .500.

L.A. is looking to get right on the heels of a two-game losing streak. A missed field goal in the final seconds of their Week 5 matchup with Seattle dropped the Rams to third place.

A third straight loss for Los Angeles would severely damage their odds of winning the NFC West for a third straight season.

Seattle is 2-0 within the division, having beaten the Cardinals and Rams in consecutive weeks. The Seahawks are two-point road favorites in Cleveland Sunday afternoon.

The 49ers and Seahawks won’t meet until Week 10. There’s a chance their Week 17 meeting in Seattle will turn into an unofficial one-game playoff for the division.
