Sarah Ferguson Unveils Two Major Plans For 2019; One May Surprise Fans
Sarah Ferguson will have a busy 2019 ahead.
The Duchess of York just announced her two major plans for the coming year via her Instagram account. The mom of two uploaded a throwback photo of herself sitting inside a helicopter. In the snap, Ferguson has a huge smile on her face. Her wavy hair is tied in a messy ponytail, and she’s wearing floral pants, a pink polo shirt, and black jacket.
“Thank you to @telegraph for speaking to me about my charity @streetchilduk #countmein campaign and my plans to renew my helicopter license #2019,” she captioned the photo.
Ferguson’s supporters quickly gave Prince Andrew’s ex-wife words of encouragement so that she will be motivated to renew her license.
“You are also a helicopter pilot? You are so cool…” one person wrote.
“Wow amazing superwoman and Happy New Year lovely Duchess,” another fan commented.
Last week, it was also reported that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s mom will launch her own lifestyle brand called Sarah Senses. The collection is thought to support Street Child UK, which Ferguson is a patron of.
Antonia Marshall, Ferguson’s assistant, uploaded a photo of some of the items like scent diffusers and tea from her boss’ lifestyle brand via her Instagram account. However, the post has since been deleted.
Ferguson’s decision to launch a new lifestyle brand made headlines just days after the royal family’s Christmas Day church service, which the former royal was not invited to. Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and Jack Brooksbank joined Queen Elizabeth II at St. Mary Magdalene Church on the morning of Dec. 25.
The Duchess of York was not invited by Her Majesty to the service because she is no longer an official member of the royal family. Ferguson and Prince Andrew divorced in 1996 after 10 years of marriage. But despite the snub, Ferguson is on good terms with the Queen.
Ferguson was last seen with the royal family, including Prince Philip, at Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank’s wedding on Oct. 12 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
