Sayali Bhagat Hospitalized AfterJeep Overturns In Stunt Gone Wrong, 'I'm Absolutely Fine'
Bollywood Actress Sayali Bhagat suffered a fracture on her wrist while performing a stunt during an event at a mall in Greater Noida, while another performer fell to his death.
A spokesman for the police department said Bhagat was injured while driving a jeep at Great Adventure Mall near Gautam Buddha University in Greater Noida, near the national capital, reported IBN. The stunt went wrong and the car flipped upside down.
She was taken to a hospital in Delhi by the organizers of the event, reported The Hindu. She sustained a fractured wrist.
We are investigating how the incidents took place - whether safety measures were taken or not for such events, said a police officer, according to The Hindu.
Bhagat tweeted sand informed her fans that she was healthy and in good spirits.

In another shocking incident, a stuntman who was rappelling from a 60-foot building fell to his death as onlookers watched in horror reported IBN.
Around 3 p.m. stuntman Shailendra Singh Bisht, 30, reportedly lost his grip on the rope after managing to rappel approximately halfway down the building.
We had organized this sport - rappelling - in which expert mountaineering trainers come down using a rope from a height. Bisht was an expert trainer and had performed in the morning show in front of Subodh Kant Sahai. It was all perfect then,' said Manish, an executive of Tourism Worx, the company that organized the event, reported Indo Asian News Service.
Police confirmed the story and they do not believe any foul play was involved.
When Shailendra was enacting the stunt, he lost his grip on the rope and fell to the ground. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was declared brought dead, said Gajendra Singh, spokesperson for the senior superintendent of police, reported Indo Asian News Service.
While in the hospital, Bhagat expressed concern for the family of the fallen stuntman.
