‘Scandal’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 11 Plot Synopsis Leaked Online; What Will Happen In The Midseason Premiere, ‘Ride, Sally, Ride’? [VIDEO]
Ready for some more “Scandal?" The ABC drama has been on hiatus since mid-December, but Olivia Pope & Associates will be back in the midseason premiere on Feb. 27.
During the midseason finale, Gladiators were shocked when Sally Langston snapped upon learning about her husband’s affair with James. Furious that he would jeopardize her career, Sally attacked Daniel Douglas … stabbing him in the back repeatedly with a letter opener. Sally called Cyrus to cover up Daniel’s murder, but by the end of the episode David Rosen got evidence unraveling their whole plan.
What will happen in episode 11? Since the title of the episode is called “Ride, Sally, Ride,” we’d have to say that the main focus will be on the vice president.
“The White House deals with a bombshell announcement from Sally Langston,” teases the synopsis. But will that surprising announcement be her admitting to her husband’s murder? Or will the big news be that she’s running against Fitz for president?
Since turning to Cyrus for help, it looks as if Sally accidentally put herself behind Fitz for another term in the White House. But as we previously reported, her campaign consultant Leo Bergen isn’t giving up. E! Online is reporting that Leo and Cyrus will be battling it out for the vice president in the second half of the season.
Sally drama won’t be the only thing that “Scandal” fans can look forward to in the Feb. 27 episode. Olivia will also be front and center when she “finds herself in a challenging new role.” Could it possibly be about her terrorist mother, who is on the loose in Washington? Does Jake need her help with something B6-13 oriented? Or is Mellie going to get Olivia back on the Fitz re-election train?
Viewers will have to wait and see when the midseason premiere of “Scandal,” episode 11, airs on ABC on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 10 p.m. Let us know what you think is going to happen in the comment section or send a tweet to @AmandaTVScoop.
