“Scandal” Season 6, episode 9 will soon reveal Huck’s (Guillermo Diaz) fate. One of the members of Olivia Pope and Associates (OPA) is alive, but he’s not doing very well.

In “Dead in the Water,” Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Quinn (Katie Lowes) discover that Huck’s safety has been compromised. But when they go in search for him, they couldn’t find a lead. In the teaser released by ABC, Abby (Darby Stanchfield) starts panicking when she finds out that Huck has been taken care of. Unfortunately, Meg (Phoebe Neidhardt) doesn’t want to tell Abby or anyone where he is.

Also in the clip, Meg opens a huge container where Huck’s body is found. He is alive, but he’s fighting for his life. Meg transfers Huck into the trunk of a car and pushes the vehicle with all of her might off a cliff. The final scene from the teaser is of Quinn pointing a gun at Meg and threatening to shoot her if she won’t tell her where Huck is.

Meanwhile, other than Huck’s fate in episode 9, there will also be brief storylines focusing on Olivia and President Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn). Ever since Frankie’s (Ricardo Chavira) death, Olivia and Fitz have not spent time with each other.

While speaking with TV Line, Goldwyn said that he has come to accept the fact that Olivia and Fitz will not get back together. “For Fitz, he’s had to make his peace with the fact that Olivia does not want him. It’s just one of those things in life that causes him grief – but he’s had a lot of that over the years, so he’s no stranger to it,” he said.

“Scandal” Season 6, episode 9 will air on ABC on April 6 at 9 p.m. EST.
