Ryan Reynolds has put the house he lived in with ex-wife Scarlett Johansson up for sale.

The asking price? A cool $3.65 million, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

Reynolds and Johansson bought the house in 2010 for $2.9 million.

If the idea of living in a house where a marriage died makes you squeamish, a quick look at the photos might change your mind.

The house, located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz, has 2,835-square-feet of space, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms were converted into an office and a library, per the LA Times.

The property also features an outdoor pool with a beautiful view of the city, several floor-to-ceiling windows, and a master bedroom with its own garden.

There are also eco-friendly features, including solar panels, per a Daily Mail report.

Potential buyers worried about the ghosts of failed romance should bear in mind: Reynolds and Johansson had an amicable divorce and are dating other people. Reynolds is cozy with Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively and Johansson was recently spotted with a mystery man in London.

Reynolds will star alongside Denzel Washington in the upcoming flick Safe House, which hits theaters on Feb. 10.

Johansson has two movies lined up for a 2012 release: Under the Skin and The Avengers.
