A man was imprisoned for fatally stabbing his brother in the head with a 3-foot-long sword in Seattle on Sunday.

Buckey Wolfe, 26, called 911, Sunday night, and informed police that he had fatally stabbed his brother at their parent’s home in Fremont, Phinney Avenue North. A neighbor told CBS-affiliated television station KIRO 7 that the parents of the accused lived in the house for years and Wolfe continued to live there even after his brother moved away.

Police officers “attempted to question the defendant, who appeared to have mental health issues” and “claimed to be diagnosed with schizophrenia,” prosecutors told a Seattle court Monday. They added Wolfe was hallucinating that his brother was turning into a lizard. He felt the same when detectives reached the home after he reported the incident.

In order to prove it, prosecutors showed one of Wolfe’s Facebook posts that said, “I will dash you lizards to pieces like pottery and scatter your bones to the winds!!!!!”

Setting a $1 million bail for the accused, Judge Arthur Chapman said, “Given again the alleged delusional mental health issues, and the violence expressed by this alleged crime, I have to be conscious of the nature, the safety of the community.”

A recent Facebook post by Wolfe stated, “Avenge my brothers for me!”

“I'm getting them out of hell and into cloned body's of themselves and then destroying hell so that no one will ever be sent to that despicable place!!!” Wolfe further wrote in the comment section of the post.

His latest post on Jan.4, read, "TURN TO GOD REPENT AND YOU MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE!!!! Repent therefore do what you did it first or I will remove your lamp from its stand.”

The case is ongoing in the court.

In a similar incident in March 2018, a schizophrenic man killed his baby daughter, his stepfather and half-brother before killing himself in New York after a failed attempt to reconcile with his ex-wife.

Terrance Briggs, 27, called Olivia Callender, the mother of the one-year-old, in order to convince her to get back to him. After the phone call, he started drinking and went on a murderous rampage before killing himself, the New York Post reported.

In another similar incident last January, a schizophrenic man admitted to fatally stabbing his mother at their New Jersey home. Zachary Cope, 31, told investigators that he had killed a woman who was posing as his mother. He also believed that she had been hired to kill him. He added that he attacked the woman after she told him to rub olive oil into the new cutting board, something that his real mother would never tell him to do. He was found guilty of third-degree murder, the New Jerseey.com reported.
