“Scorpion” Season 3, episode 16 will see Walter (Elyes Gabel) and Sylvester (Ari Stidham) teaming up to expose the identity of a U.S. spy.

In “Keep It In Check, Mate,” Walter and Sylvester will head to a different country to enter an international chess competition as undercover agents. While there, they track a famous spy who is known for destroying the country’s reputation. The other members of Team Scorpion will also give Walter and Sylvester instructions on how to make sure that their mission will be successful.

Meanwhile, CBS also released the official synopsis for episode 17, titled “Dirty Seeds, Done Dirt Cheap.” In the episode, Walter, Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas) and Paige (Katharine McPhee) would have to save Cabe (Robert Patrick), Happy (Jadyn Wong) and Sylvester when they suddenly suffer from a life threatening, fear-based hallucinations. Initially, Team Scorpion is tasked to protect a vital seed bank, but their mission will go awry and will put some of their members at serious risk.

Luckily, everyone will survive because in episode 18, titled “Don’t Burst My Bubble,” Happy will help save her dying friend, Ada (Mary Mouser). Ada lives in a sterile bubble to protect her compromised immune system. However, a dangerous debris is found on the verge of puncturing the bubble, so Team Scorpion has to figure out a way to remove Ada from the sterile bubble without risking her life.

In other news, the final two episodes of “Scorpion” Season 3 are expected to reveal more information about Happy and Toby’s wedding plans. However, it is still unclear whether or not their actual wedding will take place in the upcoming finale.
