Scott Disick Ignores Daughter’s Birthday On Instagram After Kourtney Kardashian's Romantic Getaway

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s daughter, Penelope, celebrated her fifth birthday over the weekend. Although she was surrounded by loved ones, one person in particular seemed to be missing from the special day — her father.

Disick was reportedly absent from his daughter’s birthday celebration on Saturday, July 8 and did not acknowledge her special day on social media. Page Six reported the reality star actually spent his weekend partying with some girls in the Hamptons.

The 34-year-old was seen Saturday at Gurney’s Montauk Resort’s beach party with several women. “He had four girls in bikinis sitting around him at his table,” an eyewitness told the media outlet.

Eventually, Disick headed to Surf Lodge with Simon Huck, who happens to also be friends with the Kardashian family. The night seemed to calm down at that point, and the two were seen sitting at a table in the corner table with security standing nearby.

Over on the West Coast, the Kardashians were busy wishing Penelope a happy birthday. Kim Kardashian shared a photo of Penelope playing with her daughter North West. “Happy Birthday my sweet P! Thank you for being the best friend to my North! I love you!” she captioned the photo of the two girls.

The youngster’s famous grandmother, Kris Jenner, also showed the little one love on social media with a collage of photos. “Happy birthday to our sweet princess, our little mermaid Penelope!! We love you so much, precious angel!! #HappyBirthdayPenelope,” she wrote.

Kourtney shared several Instagram posts about her only daughter. In one photo, she shared a special message for the little girl. The pictured featured Penelope holding onto balloons while looking into the camera.

“I can not believe my baby girl is 5 years old today Happy Birthday my sweet angel. I feel so blessed to be her mommy every morning that I wake up next to her,” she captioned the photo.

Although Disick did not acknowledge Penelope’s birthday on social media, he wasn’t the only one who didn’t mention the special day. Penelope’s aunts Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner as well as her uncle Rob Kardashian did not wish her a happy birthday via social media.

Disick’s absence from Penelope’s birthday comes just days after Kourtney returned from her romantic vacation in Saint-Tropez with Younes Bendjima. The 38-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star and the 24-year-old model were seen engaging in heavy PDA during their trip.

The two were spotted smiling, laughing and holding hands throughout their getaway. An eyewitness who saw the couple partying at Brasserie des Arts told Entertainment Tonight that the two seemed to enjoy their time together.

“Kourtney and Younes were cute together,” the source said. “He kept whispering things in her ear and she smiled at him. They seemed very comfortable with each other.”

Over Penelope’s birthday weekend, Disick posted several snapshots on Instagram showcasing his fun time out with his friends. Although he failed to acknowledge the special day publicly, the reality star could have contacted his daughter privately in regards to her birthday.
