Scott Disick, Tristan Thompson, Travis Scott Seeking Written Custody Agreement With Partners?
Scott Disick, Tristan Thompson and Travis Scott are reportedly hoping to receive proper custody of their kids even though they have not been given a written custody agreement.
All three Kardashian-Jenner baby daddies are not married to their respective partners or ex’s, so they could face an issue somewhere along the way. In the case of Disick, who shares three kids with his ex-girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, it seems that the 34-year-old doesn’t have any problems spending time with Mason, Penelope and Reign.
Disick regularly bonds with his kids, and he even spends the night at Kourtney’s place whenever she is out of town. But a similar thing cannot be said about Thompson and Scott. The professional basketball player and Khloe Kardashian are expecting their first child together. However, they are not yet married, and they have not been together for long.
Scott, who is a professional rapper, just welcomed his first child with Kylie Jenner. The couple is not also married, and there are rumors suggesting that they’ve already split.
According to TMZ, all three men don’t have a written custody agreement, as well as financial arrangements for their kids. And this is necessary for couples who are not yet married. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian don’t need one unless they decide to file for divorce.
Meanwhile, Thompson and Khloe are expected to welcome their first child – a boy – sometime this month or in March. Khloe confirmed her pregnancy via a post on her Instagram account in December. Her pregnancy announcement was also featured in an episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Season 14.
Jenner, on the other hand, just confirmed her pregnancy earlier this week. She and Scott welcomed their daughter, Stormi, on Feb. 1. Even though there are rumors that they couple has split, Scott was seen in Jenner’s pregnancy announcement video. The rapper was also present during Jenner’s checkups and delivery.
