‘Scream Queens’ Star Jamie Lee Curtis Teases Season 2 Finale On Instagram [PHOTOS]

“Scream Queens” Season 2 finale airs tonight, and based on a couple of Instagram photos recently shared by series actress Jamie Lee Curtis, fans are in for more surprises.

Curtis, who plays Dean Munsch on the FOX series, revealed on the social networking site that more secrets will be revealed in Season 2, episode 10, titled “Drain the Swamp.” The 58-year-old actress added that in true “Scream Queens” fashion, not all remaining characters are going to survive the finale.

In another Instagram post, Curtis shared a photo of her shadow next to another human silhouette that closely resembles hers. In the caption for the photo, the two-time Golden Globe winner teased that Dean Munsch might have a secret twin.

If Dean Munsch ends up having a twin, then Curtis could still return to the comedy-horror series for a potential Season 3 in the event her original character dies in the finale.

As revealed in Season 2, episode 2, titled “Warts and All,” Dean Munsch was diagnosed with Kuru — a rare, incurable neurodegenerative disorder which was prevalent among the Fore people of Papua New Guinea in the 1950s and '60s. As Chamberlain (James Earl) put it, it’s a disease that cannibals get after they eat people. Although Zayday (Keke Palmer) told Dean Munsch in the episode that there’s no cure to the disease, the folks at C.U.R.E. Institute apparently discovered a surgery that could cure her.

According to the synopsis for the Season 2 finale, Dr. Holt (John Stamos) is going to perform a dangerous surgery on Dean Munsch to save her life. The big question, however, is whether the operation would be a success. Although Dr. Holt did a very good job performing a heart transplant on Anna Plaisance (Amy Okuda) and removing her parasitic twin while using just his left hand in Season 2, episode 7, titled “The Hand,” the surgery necessary to save Dean Munsch might be a lot more complicated.
