Seal Criticizes Heidi Klum For 'Fornicating' With Martin Kristen

It looks like the divorce between Seal and Heidi Klum is going to get ugly. During an interview with TMZ Friday night Seal accused Klum of fornicating with the help, in response to the rumor that Klum had started dating a bodyguard.

"Look boys that's what happens when two people separate they move on and that generally means they have other people in their lives," Seal sarcastically told the paparazzi. "I certainly don't expect Heidi to all of a sudden become a nun...I didn't expect any better from him but would've hoped for Heidi to at least show a little bit more class and at least wait until we've separated before deciding to fornicate with the help."

The singer also added that his only concern right now was for the emotional welfare of his children. Not much is known about the bodyguard, although the New York Daily News reports that his name is Martin Kristen. Klum and Kristen have been photographed walking around alone together by the paparazzi in New York throughout August.

"They've been seeing each other," according to a source of In Touch magazine. "They were recently spotted together on vacation in Sardinia, Italy."

Another souce told In Touch, "She feels so happy and safe around [Martin Kristen]."

Klum told TMZ she never cheated on Seal with Kristen.

Seal and Klum separated in January and filed for divorce in April, citing irreconcilable differences. Rumors persisted that Heidi Klum, who gained fame as a model and as the host of "Project Runway," just couldn't take Seal's supposedly explosive temper. They have three children together, which were the source of the couple's last public feud.

Radar Online reported that Klum was furious after she found out Seal had used their children in an advertisement campaign without her permission. The ad photos - shot for Leica digital camera - look like they'll be the center of a legal battle as both Klum and Seal have lawyers representing them.
