Seattle High School Shooting Update: 1 Person Hospitalized, Suspect Arrested
A shooting at Ingraham High School in Seattle on Tuesday has left one person injured.
An unidentified suspect was arrested around 11:10 a.m. local time. The suspect shot one person around 10 a.m. The victim has also not been identified, according to Seattle Police Department.
"There was gunfire reported at Ingraham High School this morning. One student is believed to have been shot. The campus is currently on lockdown. Seattle Police are on the scene and working with the district's Safety and Security team. SPD is searching the area for the suspect," Seattle Public Schools said on Twitter.
BREAKING: Seattle Police have arrested the suspect in the shooting at Ingraham High School about 10 blocks south of the school.
Police confirm the shooting happened inside the school. They have not told us if person shot is a student.

The victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, police said.
Students were released from the school one classroom at a time to ensure safety and were excused to be signed out by parents, police said. Classes at the school have been canceled for Wednesday.
Parents picked up their children from a reunification site that was set up away from school while it is on lockdown.
