Selena Gomez Copies Justin Bieber with Her Own Fragrance Launch

Selena Gomez is moving out from fashion to fragrance following boyfriend Justin Bieber's footsteps.

Reports said Gomez is getting her own perfume after the newsbreak of Bieber's fragrance ‘Someday’ hit an all-time celebrity fragrance with record sales at Macy's.

Selena after premiering Monte Carlo signed a fragrance license agreement with Adrenalina to produce, manufacture and distribute her signature scent to fans everywhere, celebs.gather.com reported.

To distribute her fragrance, Selena will work with a women’s sports/adventure lifestyle line.

In an official press release, the company said Adrenalina, an extreme sports and adventure-themed lifestyle brand, today announced its plans to expand their identity and enter the world of fragrances.

The company said it has signed the license agreement with multi-faceted entertainer, Selena Gomez. Adrenalina alongside Gomez will develop, manufacture, and distribute the singer and actress’s fragrance throughout the world.

Gomez’s debut fragrance is expected to be released in the spring of 2012. Ilia Lekach, chairman and CEO of Adrenalina said, “We are incredibly enthused to be working with Ms Gomez and will reveal more details pertaining to the fragrance as we get closer to the launch date.”

Though Selena is following her boyfriend’s footsteps, will her fragrance also sell as good as Justin Bieber’s?
