Selena Gomez Looks Gorgeous While Spending Time With Friend After Justin Bieber 'Love' Confession
Selena Gomez looked gorgeous when she stepped out with a pal over the weekend.
Gomez has been catching up with her friends during Easter weekend, with the singer enjoying a sushi dinner date with pals on Saturday. On Sunday, however, the "Hands To Myself" singer was spotted attending an Easter Sunday church service at Hillsong Church in Los Angeles with another friend.
In Daily Mail's photos, Gomez looked to be in high spirits as she and her pal joined the packed church service. The "13 Reasons Why" producer opted for a comfortable but stylish outfit for her outing, wearing a loose beige sweater, acid wash jeans and pointy black heels.
Gomez styled her hair in waves and held it back in a low bun. She also looked fresh-faced as she kept her makeup low-key.
Gomez has been attending service at Hillsong Church, which has locations in New York City as well, for years. While it has many millennial attendees like Gomez, the church actually practices a conservative form of evangelical Christianity.
Brian Houston, Hillsong Church's founder, made their stance on LGBTQ+ people clear in a 2015 blog post, which said: "Put clearly, we do not affirm a gay lifestyle and because of this we do not knowingly have actively gay people in positions of leadership..."
Aside from Gomez, the church also boasts attendees such as Gomez's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, Chris Pratt and the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Meanwhile, Gomez's latest sighting comes just a day after she was spotted having dinner with some gal pals at Malibu's Nobu on Saturday, according to Daily Mail. She skipped the second week of the Coachella music festival after joining Cardi B and Ozuna during a "Taki Taki" performance the week prior.
Her surprise appearance marked her first public performance for 2019. Prior to this, the last time she graced the stage was during Taylor Swift's concert in Los Angeles last year.
Fans can still catch Gomez in her upcoming Jim Jarmusch-directed zombie comedy movie, "The Dead Don't Die," which will debut at the Cannes Film Festival this year.
