Chrishell Stause is staying positive and grateful for the way her life is going months after her split from ex-husband Justin Hartley.
The “Days of Our Lives” star is moving forward with her life six months after her separation from Hartley. In fact, Stause has a lot of things on her plate. Her show on Netflix “Selling Sunset” will be returning for a second season and she has other projects on the way.
Stause has just signed with United Talent Agency and she is confident with her new agency.
“I have been working so hard this last year so I am really proud to feel it culminate to this moment,” Stause told Us Weekly. “I branched off of the scripted world to do real estate in the reality space, but I really want to be able to do both. With UTA behind me I know that’s possible.”
Despite being on lockdown and following her split from Hartley, the actress remains thankful for what she has today.
“We are in the middle of such a crazy chaotic time. So to be able to have some great news that I am really proud of right now, I am just extremely thankful and grateful,” she said.
Stause said that she doesn’t have any plans when it comes to her career and life. She is at the point where she just wants to maintain an open mind and commit herself to enjoying the journey.
Stause and Hartley filed for divorce in November. Their move shocked their fans and even their friends.
A source said that Hartley was having problems with their marriage for a while. However, “the divorce filing was a big surprise to everyone around Justin and Chrishell in terms of their friends.”
Hartley filed for divorce and cited “irreconcilable differences.” The “Passion” alum was seeking for spousal support and wanted Hartley to pay for her attorney fees. However, the “A Bad Moms Christmas” actor’s filing stated that he doesn’t want to pay either of those costs.
Also, in his filing, Hartley stated that they separated on July 8, 2019. However, Stause insisted that they were still together up to the day that he filed for divorce in November, TMZ reported.
