"Sex and the City" is all set to return to our TV screens.

Its producers met in Hollywood last week to discuss the new show. Sarah Jessica Parker will be producing the show.

She was apparently worried about doing another film after the bad reaction to the SATC2 movie, but a TV show is definitely something she wants to happen.

"Ultimately Darren Star - the man who created the hit series - will have the overall say, but everyone is agreed a TV show is the direction they want to take the franchise in," says my LA mole.

Looks like its a thumbs up from all sides for a new SATC TV show. There were talks on a SATC prequel with a brand new cast replacing the classic sirens.

Elizabeth Olsen, Blake Lively, Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts were the rumoured new cast. However all of it fizzled out.
