Eddy Curry's former limo driver accused the NBA Knicks center in a lawsuit, filing a porn-ready suit against him.

The shocking court papers claim Curry, a married father of three, repeatedly approached chauffeur David Kuchinsky in the nude, allegedly telling him, Look at me, Dave, look and Come and touch it, Dave.

The driver, David Kuchinsky, filed the lawsuit Monday and also alleged that Curry owes him $68,000 in pay and $25,000 for charges made on Kuchinsky's credit card.

Matthew Blit, Kuchinsky's attorney in the case, says the lawsuit is Kuchinsky's attempt to get paid for money that is owed to him. Instead of paying him, they discriminated against him, Imagine going into your boss' office, and he stands up and drops his pants and he asks you to take care of him.

Kuchinsky, who is straight and Jewish, also alleges racial discrimination, saying that Curry hurled slurs at him including f***ing Jew, cracker, white slave, and white devil.

On the contrary, in a statement released late Monday night, Kelly Saindon, Curry's lawyer said, This lawsuit is nothing more than a disgruntled former employee trying to extort money from his former employer. This is an attempt by Kuchinsky to use a meritless lawsuit as leverage to gain national media attention and money that he is not entitled to from a professional athlete.

Curry denied all of his former limo driver's charges, and his lawyer called it extortion.
