'Shades Of Blue' Season 2 Star Jennifer Lopez Films As Harlee Santos In Queens

“Shades of Blue” Season 2 lead star Jennifer Lopez recently filmed some of her scenes as Harlee Santos in Queens

According to On Location Vacations, Lopez was in Queens on Friday with the staff and crew from the hit NBC series. More specifically, the actress was at 31^st Rd and 31^st Avenue. Unfortunately, the site wasn’t able to provide a photo of Lopez during filming. What can only be confirmed is that the cast of “Shades of Blue” are gearing up for season 2. The first episode is slated for release sometime next month.

"Shades of Blue" Season 1 ended with Harlee killing her estranged partner Miguel Zepeda (Antonio Jaramillo) after the latter tried to rape her. Prior to this, she also came clean to Wozniak (Ray Liotta) about her involvement with Stahl (Warren Kole) and the FBI. Wozniak told Harlee that he has forgiven her, and the lead character seemingly shared an intel to the former that will be revealed in season 2, according to TV Line.

Meanwhile, Lopez is also spending so much time with her friends and children whenever she’s not on the set of “Shades of Blue.” On her Instagram account, the actress shared an adorable photo with her eight-year-old twins Max and Emme. Lopez also gushed over how much love she has for her two children.

The singer/actress also reunited with her good friend Drew Barrymore, who is actively involved in foster care. Barrymore made her own strawberry shortcake recipe for United Friends of the Children and anyone who wishes to purchase the cupcakes will be helping 1,400 young people have better lives.

In other news, Lopez’s manager Benny Medina slammed the rumors that his client is pregnant with Casper Smart’s child. According to TMZ, Medina sent them a photo of Lopez wearing a tight dress to prove that the “Jenny From The Block” singer is not at all pregnant.
