'Shahs Of Sunset' Season 8 Reunion: What We Know So Far

Surprise! Season 8 of "Shahs of Sunset" isn't over just yet! The gang is getting back together to give fans and themselves the reunion they deserve.

Bravo hasn't officially announced the special, but according to Page Six, multiple sources have stated that the cast will be participating in a virtual reunion with host Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live."

The news comes over a month after Season 8 of the show finished airing on television, and, unfortunately for fans, it doesn't appear the rumored reunion will air anytime soon. It might be another month before anyone will be able to watch the cast rehash the season's events as an insider dished that the air date is scheduled for July.

In any case, fans can look forward to possibly seeing the "Shahs of Sunset" cast -- Reza Farahan, Mercedes "MJ" Javid, Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, Mike Shouhed, Destiney Rose, Nema Vand and newcomer Sara Jeihooni -- back together onscreen soon.

"Shahs of Sunset" Season 8 saw drama between practically all of the cast members with a season-long feud between Reza and MJ at the focal point. Towards the end of the installment, it seemed like everyone had made up, but, apparently, that's not still the case (if it ever really was).

GG, who gave birth to her first child, son Elijah Javad Gharachedaghi, in April, expressed earlier this month that she was thankful for the delay of the "Shahs" reunion and hinted that drama had ensued after the cameras stopped rolling.

"It’s a blessing in disguise," she said to Page Six at the time. "This COVID-19 thing, in so many ways, it has been a blessing that it made us get this whole massive delay on a reunion because now I get to not be pregnant and I get to bring out the person in me that a lot of people are very familiar with, you know, because there has been a lot of — a lot of — behind the scenes [expletive] going on. And I’m just happy to not be pregnant so if we do have that reunion anytime soon, I can really serve it."

"There’s a lot of behind the scenes drama between that little guy, MJ’s friend that came on the show and started accusations. And there’s legal stuff now that are continuing to go on and on," the 38-year-old reality star continued. "And there’s certain rumors and lies and videos and surveillance has come up that people have that we’ve seen. So it’s just it’s been a lot."
