‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Star Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi To End Marriage After Less Than A Month; Was Cheating To Blame?

“Shahs of Sunset” star Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi tied the knot in secret a little over a month ago. Now, the reality star is finding out the hard way that her marriage may have been a mistake.

According to Us Weekly, GG and her husband Shalom are divorcing. The “Shahs” star released a statement through her rep, explaining her decision to absolve the marriage. According to Us, GG learned eye-opening secrets about her husband in the weeks after their marriage and decided to end it.

“During the past few weeks, certain facts have come to GG’s attention that have made her realize her marriage can no longer continue and, in fact, should have never happened,” the statement read. “She is hoping to end the relationship as amicably and respectfully as possible.”

News that GG and Shalom had tied the knot broke on Valentine’s Day. The “Shahs” star shared a photo taken moments after her estranged hubby popped the question. She later opened up about their secret nuptials on social media.

“January 25, 2017 We walked into a courthouse just to see what type of paperwork is needed for getting married. They sarcastically told us there’s a small chapel we could go to and do it right then,” she wrote in a since-deleted post (via E! Online). “An hour later, we walked out of that chapel husband & wife. We clearly weren’t dressed for it and I couldn’t stop laughing from shock…”

Shalom proposed to GG in December 2016 during a trip to New York City. At the time, Bravo reported he bought a Times Square billboard that read, “Golnesa, My Love, My Everything...Will You Marry Me?” The two kept much of their relationship under wraps, only going public in September.

GG has not mentioned her impending divorce on social media. She has, however, deleted almost all traces of Shalom on Instagram, so you know it’s over.
